ADRENALIN RUSH RELEASE THEIR SELF TITLED DEBUT ON FRONTIERS IN AUGUST: Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the release of the anticipated Adrenaline Rush self-titled debut album on August 22nd in Europe and August 26th in North America.
Fronted by the gorgeous and talented Tĺve Wanning (formerly part of the platinum selling Teen-Pop duo Peaches), Adrenaline Rush promises to fire up the international rock scene with their lethal dose of heavy guitars, infectious hooks and full blown R n' R attitude! The musicians completing the line-up were hand-picked from bands around Stockholm, all having different backgrounds and each of them an important piece of the puzzle.
The debut album was recorded and written under the direction of producer Erik Mĺrtensson (Eclipse, W.E.T) and features 11 energetic, live-oriented tracks with strong melodies and powerful riffs. The modern production keeps the spirit of the 1980´s alive and should appeal to fans of bands like Danger Danger, Vixen, Dokken, Warrant, Treat and Crazy Lixx. “We want to entertain and be the soundtrack of the party - it's all about foot-stomping, head-banging tracks that make you want to get up and dance and drive your car much too fast. My favorite track other than the single Change is Playin' to Win, it always gets me in a good mood. Making this record with Erik was a wild ride and I hope you will ENJOY THE RUSH!” – Tĺve.
Frontiers launched Adrenaline Rush with the digital release of the first single “Change” in late April. The track can be downloaded via this link from iTunes www.smarturl.it/adrenalinesingleit or listened to via streaming services like Spotify or Deezer.
The single was followed by an EPK that can be seen at youtu.be/AnMPo1zATlE.
The band then went on to play the Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan where their dynamic performance left a lasting impression on the attending rockers. Everything is now finally in place for the release of the album and the band is ready to take the show on the road with this killer new release!
“Adrenaline Rush” track list: Black n' Blue; Change; Generation Left Behind; Girls Gone Wild; When We're Gone; Want it All; Too Young to Die; Oh Yeah!; No No No; Playin' to Win; Hit You Like a Rock.

STEVE PERRY MAKES IT TO THE STAGE FOR THE THIRD TIME: Steve Perry joins The Eels again, this time in LA for 5 songs: It's A Motherfucker, Only 16, Lights, Open Arms and Loving Touching Squeezing!
From The Hollywood Reporter (www.hollywoodreporter.com) - Journey's Steve Perry Joins Eels Onstage at Orpheum: 'The 20-Year Hermit Thing is Overrated'
6/12/2014 by Tim Appelo Journey's Steve Perry joins Eels to continue his comeback tour at L.A.'s Orpheum Theater.
After Eels' triumphant performance at L.A.'s Orpheum Theater last night concluded with a five-song encore, including Nilsson's "Turn on Your Radio," the band was joined by Journey's legendary one-time lead vocalist Steve Perry, who has joined them on several dates of their current tour after decades of avoiding the stage.
"The interesting thing about this guy is, he walked away from it all 20 years ago," observed Eels leader Mark Oliver "E" Everett, addressing the crowd from the stage, "and then in Minneapolis, he came back to sing with us. Then he walked away again, and six days later in Washington, D.C., he came back again. And then he walked away again. Ladies and gentlemen, for the first time anywhere in 12 days -- and the first time in L.A. in 20 years -- please welcome Steve Perry!"
"It's been so goddamn long," said Perry to the audience. "I gotta thank the Eels for inviting me out here -- the best band that any singer could want. I met E because of a friend of mine, Patty [Jenkins, director of Monster]. She burnt me a CD of Daisies of the Galaxy, and I told Patty, 'Someday I want to sing that song.'" Then Perry and Eels performed the Eels tune, "It's a Motherf---er."
"Steve motherf---in' Perry! He IS a motherf---er," exulted E, who then joined Perry in a superb rendition of Sam Cooke's "Only 16," which morphed into a bit of Journey's "Open Arms."
"Steve, what about trying one you haven't done in a long time?" asked E. "You did that one 11 days ago."
"How about this one?" said Perry. "I wrote this one in LA, then I joined this band called Journey, moved to San Francisco, and we finished it up ithere, and changed 'L.A.' to 'the Bay.'" Dancing like a man at least 20 years younger than his 65 years, Perry rocked out on "Lights (When the Lights Go Down in the City)," nimbly leaping over the microphone cords perilously snaked around the stage, turning his back on the audience to groove with Eels drummer Knuckles (Derek Brown), then facing the audience to hit the high trills flawlessly, yet with a new rasp in his voice sounding just a bit like E himself.
"The 'cit-ee' is L.A.!" shouted E.
"Here's another," said Perry. "I was 18, working as an assistant engineer in a music studio... I'm out of breath! I guess I haven't done this enough lately to get in shape. Anyway, I was 18, and this girl pulls up in a Corvette with a guy, and they were mackin' it up -- tongue and shit! She denied it. So I wrote a song about it, and it went like this." Perry then launched into "Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'," putting his hand to his ear to make the audience sing along (rather well) with the "na na na na" chorus. When he hit the high notes, he sounded like Minnie Riperton on testosterone.
At a party after the show, Knuckles said, "We've been bugging him to perform for years. He came to our rehearsals, we'd play a Journey song, and he'd say, 'Oh, guys, I'm not gonna do that.' He's a sweet guy we're happy to play with, not just because he's Steve Perry, but also 'cause he's a buddy."
"He does 'It's a Motherf---er' completely different," said E. "When I sing it without him, I feel like I'm just like basically talking."
"Listen, I've done the 20-year hermit thing, and it's overrated," said Perry. "Why now? It's a long story, but it has to do with a lot of changes in my life, including losing my girlfriend a year ago, and her wish to hear me sing again." Writer Joel Stein, who plays croquet with Perry and Eels, said, "I know she had cancer." Jon Hamm, a friend of Eels, said, "You've got to remember, Steve's in his 60s -- it's a pretty impressive performance. It was really nice to hear that voice again."
"When he sang 'Only 16,' the hairs stood up on my head," said Eels guitarist and trumpet player P-Boo (Mike Sawitzke). "He sounds better with a rasp, more mature and grown-up."
But all members of Eels' croquet circle urge the public to stop believing in Perry as a croquet player. "He was bad," said Stein. "His croquet nickname was 'Hacksaw' or 'Chainsaw.'"
As an Eels singer, however, Perry shows distinct promise. "I passed the audition!" he said.

UNRULY CHILD - NEW ALBUM UPDATE:
An update on the pending new material from Unruly Child: "Guy Allison here. As is the case in many artistic endeavors, we have scheduling conflicts that have set us behind our own self-imposed schedule. My touring schedule with the Doobies and Bruce's business schedule with his other creative ventures are usually aligned and easy to work within. However, this last month, Bruce has come down with what appears to be the very same cold/flu that laid me out in April. It's a bad one!
When you're sick, it just sucks to work. So, during this time when we could be finishing up our last bit of recording before my next leg, we've had to postpone our studio time together.
Marcie has also had a family emergency that has taken her attention (understandably) temporarily away from the UC project as well.
We are very eager to finish up these last three tracks, but in keeping with our normal high standards, we have decided to push forward upon my return at the end of June. We completely appreciate everyone's support and patience.
We're very close. And we want it to be right!
Thanks, G. ~ Unruly Child.

BOMBAY BLACK ADD NEW DRUMMER:
Attention Bombay Black fans - today we would like to announce that we are saying good-bye to our "Beast". Original drummer Rob McCauley is retiring from life on the road with Bombay Black. With his oldest son making quite a name for himself on the national BMX race circuit, along with running his many business ventures, he has decided to concentrate his efforts toward his family. As much as we will miss him, Rob races BMX as well so we still get to watch him kick some ass - but now on the track instead of the stage.
We wish him the best and hope that you will all take the time to do the same. Don't be surprised to see Rob hanging out with the band at the occasional tour stop. (He still knows how to parallel park that tour bus better than any of our regular pack of drivers.)
As you can imagine, finding a replacement was not easy. Enter Barry Whaley. With over twenty years' experience swinging sticks Barry has played on over 2 dozen different projects as a studio musician and has toured with several bands including Burning Cold, Lost And Labeled and Freakshow. Welcome Barry to the Bombay Black family and come meet him on tour this summer. Things are really starting to heat up in the Bombay Black camp, the new album Walk Of Shame will be going on pre-sale Monday June 23rd. Stay tuned for a look at the album artwork and the first song to be released soon!

THE LAST UPDATE: Today marks the LAST time the website will be updated in its current form. It's hard to believe I'm actually at this point, but here we are finally. Monday will see the brand new MelodicRock.com unveiled hopefully without a glitch! The new site represents a new way of doing things, but once you find familiarity with it, I'm sure all will agree that the powers of social media integration and the ability to log, search and archive every post, review, artist and more will prove an invaluable resource. Not to mention the ability to comment and share each post.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their loyalty to MelodicRock.com as a source of discovery for this great music we all love.
The current MelodicRock.com site will remain online forever and linked from the new site, but gradually I will move all 16 years' worth of reviews and interviews to the new site for search and archive purposes. No more losing old reviews or searching high and low for them!
Onwards and upwards we go....tune in Monday for something different :)

STATE OF SALAZAR GOING ALL THE WAY WITH THE RELEASE OF THEIR DEBUT ALBUM: Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the release of Swedish melodic rockers State Of Salazar debut album entitled All the Way on August 22 in Europe and August 26 in North America.
State Of Salazar came to the attention of Frontiers A&R dept after the release of their debut EP ”Lost my Way” in the summer of 2012. Reviews spread fast in magazines and blogs and created a flood of praise from all over the world during a very short period: “This is something that can grow really big.” “...State Of Salazar will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the genre.” “…this EP is an extremely polished piece of art...” “The performances and the production are superb…”
With bands such as Toto, Queen, Journey, Survivor and especially Bill Conti and Vince DiCola (Rocky IV's Training Montage writer and performer) in their influences list, STATE OF SALAZAR have indeed a lot to prove. They handle all this pressure with their heads held high since it is a quintet with great musicians! All members – Marcus Nygren, vocals, Johan Thuresson, guitars, Johannes Hansson, bass, Kristian Brun, drums and Stefan Mĺrtenson, keyboards – have extensive live and studio experience. In other words, these guys know what they are doing and they already showed it to the unsuspecting public of the first Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan where they took the audience by surprise with their “feel good” Melodic Rock music.
“I feel that I've developed my songwriting a lot since the songs for the EP” says singer Marcus Nygren. “However everyone of us put his own personality on the musical performances on the album and every single detail has been worked with and we sound like a band who took it All The Way!” “More than a year of hard work from everyone involved, made it possible for us to develop our sound and actually find out who we are, musically as a group” adds bassist Johannes Hansson. “From epic synths, angelic choirs and guitar soundscapes to unison low E-string riffs we've allowed ourselves to indulge what we want the music to say without having to adapt. Believe me when I say that big things are coming in 2014”, concludes guitarist Johan Thuresson.
State Of Salazar is therefore ready to show the world that they are definitely not a retro band, or a walk down memory lane. They write songs and play music that strives forward and not backwards. Their songwriting, arranging and instrumental performance show that this is a band that wants to develop and give its contribution to the Melodic Rock genre.
Get a taste of things to come watching the band's EPK via this link: youtu.be/JHcQ8kT1MVU.
“All the Way” will include the following tracks: I Believe In You; Field of Dreams; All the Way; Love of My Life; Eat Your Heart Out; Time to Say Goodbye; Marie; Let Me Love; Catastrophe; Always; Adrian; End of Time.

NUGENT/HAGAR TRACK PREMIERE:
Multi-platinum guitar icon Ted Nugent premiered the first single “She's Gone” featuring Sammy Hagar--off his new studio album Shutup&Jam! (out Tuesday, July 8 on Frontiers Records)--on ultimateclassicrock.com, listen here: bit.ly/1o5E7y1.
Special guest Sammy Hagar brings his vocal power to “She's Gone” for an epic lead vocal duet with Nugent. The song also features a special performance from one of the most respected drummers in rock, Johnny “Bee” Badanjek of the legendary Detroit band Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels. Shutup&Jam! marks the first all-new studio album from the Motor City Madman in seven years. Nugent leads the pack of renowned musicians, handling guitar and vocal duties, alongside bassist Greg Smith, drummer Mick Brown and longtime musical cohort guitarist/vocalist Derek St. Holmes. Shutup&Jam! is available now for pre-order at Amazon and iTunes. "She's Gone" is available as an instant grat on iTunes for fans who pre-order the album there (for those who don't know, this means the song will automatically download to their iTunes once they complete the pre-order purchase).
Nugent declares, “My guitar has never gently weeped, but she does suckerpunch me mercilessly at regular intervals. 'She's Gone' is just another example of what we do together every day after I complete my ranch chores at home in Texas, and the MotorCity soulmusic slugfest erupts into spiritual love songs like this. Sammy Hagar said he wasn't interested in writing or singing any more pop songs, so he fell in love with this masterpiece jammout instantly. Clearly Sammy and I deserve each other. And she's gone.”
Hagar shares of his involvement on the track “She's Gone”: “When I first heard Ted's demo of this song, I immediately responded with 'I'm in.' Ted's ripping the guitar like the days of old…very inspiring to sing to a track like thatold-school blues riff, hard edged rock 'n roll on fire!!!”
RIK PRIEM'S PRIME PRESENT "BABYLON RISING", THE FIRST VIDEO TAKEN FROM DEBUT ALBUM:
Belgian guitar player Rik Priem and his high profile band have completed the work on their debut video for the stomping Heavy Rocker “Babylon Rising”. The song is taken from the bands self-titled debut album, which was released on May 23 on CD and as digital download through Avenue Of Allies. Rik invited his band mates Carsten 'Lizard' Schulz (lead vocals), Vincent De Laat (bass), Geert Margodt (keyboards) and Rami Ali (drums) to his home country Belgium, where the video was shot at the B52 Club in Eernegem in May 2014 with the help of Andy Maelstaf, Daniel Winne and Steve Claeys.
The album which was produced by Steffen Seeger (Iain Ashley Hersey, Midnite Club) and mixed and mastered by Rolf Munkes (Dead End Heroes, Empire, Razorback, Tony Martin) continues to receive great feedback from the international media around the world:
AOR Heaven (GER): “A well done affair for 80s metal lovers”
Danger Dog (USA): “Solid mixture of classic hard rock and metal with a touch of the neo-classical”
Power OF Metal (DK): “The quality level is way above average…One of the strongest debut albums I've heard this year…”
Rock Report (BE): “Energetic heavy rock full of hooks from Priem and great vocals from Schulz”
Metal Temple (IL): “Sincere recommendation if you are a true fan of Melodic Hard Rock and Heavy Metal… Satisfaction guaranteed!”
Metal Underground (AUT): “With a lot of originality the band has created a very convincing masterpiece”
The Mayfair Mall Zine (UK): “Priem is a great guitar player, but unlike some guitarists, he doesn't hog the limelight. This release is more along the Axel Rudi Pell guitar driven albums rather than say a Malmsteen, great stuff!”
Spirit Of Metal (F): “If you want killer riffs, pounding rhythms, intelligent and solid compositions combined with catchy hooks, then the 13 songs from Rik Priem's Prime are for you”

IMPRESSIVE L.A. NEWCOMERS X-DRIVE TO RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM GET YOUR ROCK ON ON FRONTIERS: Frontiers Records is pleased to announce the release of X-Drive's debut album entitled “Get Your Rock On” on August 22 in Europe and August 26 in North America. X-Drive is a new band centered around guitar player Jeremy Brunner, an Oregon transplant, who – on the heels of his songwriting skills managed to put together an impressive debut with an affinity for catchy riffs, insightful lyrics and huge choruses.
Some of the best in Los Angeles have joined the ranks of X-DRIVE, including bassist James Lomenzo (White Lion, Megadeth, Black Label Society), singer Keith St. John (Burning Rain, Lynch Mob, Montrose) and to round out the project hard-hitting drummer Fred Fischer from Midline. Then legendary producer Andy Johns, the former Led Zeppelin engineer, was able to finish the X-DRIVE tracks just before his tragic death in 2013.
“It was such a pleasure to contribute to Jeremy's effort! He has written and crafted an incredible homage to the style of 80's rock, a style that I cut my teeth on back in the day,” Lomenzo said. “His love for the era and style really comes through in a surprisingly satisfying way.” “Writing with Brunner was an absolute pleasure,” St. John said. “On the whole, the vehicle for his musical canvasses has been a breath of fresh air in directness and simplicity. I found myself patently inspired to fashion my parts for this collection of songs that was Jeremy's own refreshing take on the '80s."
“Get Your Rock On” was mixed by Wyn Davis (Black Sabbath, Dio, Whitesnake, Dokken), and it took more than a year in the studio to make things just the way Brunner wanted, as the guitarist is a bit of a mastermind perfectionist. But it was definitely worth the wait! The X-DRIVE debut positively rocks from beginning to end.
“Get Your Rock On” will include the following tracklisting: Love's A Bitch; Get Your Rock On; Steppin' On The Rock; Baby Bye Bye; California; Lay Me Down; Turn The Noize Down; Beyond the Angels; Rattlesnake Eyes; Just Can't Stay; Change of Heart; Love Breaks the Fool.

RUSH'S LEGENDARY 'PRESTO' ALBUM TO BE RELEASED AS HYBRID SACD:
Camarillo, CA - Rush fans rejoice! Marshall Blonstein's Audio Fidelity will be reissuing Rush's legendary 'Presto' album on limited numbered edition Hybrid SACD! Rush were never a band known to play the same sort of thing for any extended period, they often pushed the boundaries of rock and their formidable list of albums helped to bring prog to a wider audience. By 1989 a change was inevitable and with their 13th studio album, 'Presto', it was a change for the good. 'Presto' marked the beginning of a transition period, moving away from a sound dominated by synthesizers and toward more traditional rock instrumentation. The synths were toned back while the guitars were brought up to a reasonable level allowing the emphasis to return to the rhythm instruments, resurrecting the groove that Rush maintains so very well. “A creative rebirth - producing a groove that's positively infectious.”
Geddy Lee and Neal Peart are in good form, but Alex Lifeson is the real story, he can be heard in grand force and even pulls out the acoustic guitar. Lifeson's leads in “Superconductor” are brilliant, Geddy Lee does great solo work on “Show Don't Tell” and Peart's percussion on “Scars” features a complex tribal rhythm drum pattern in which both acoustic and electronic drums are utilized - a synthesis of the two that's accessible without compromising. Each of these tracks, along with? “The Pass,”? reached the top of the Album Rock Tracks charts with “Show Don't Tell” hitting #1. 'Presto' climbed to #16 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart.
Rush made a stab at greatness with 'Presto' and Rupert Hine's deft production had much to do with its success.
Tracks: 1. Show Don't Tell 2. Chain Lightning 3. The Pass 4. War Paint 5. Scars 6. Presto 7. Superconductor 8. Anagram (for Mongo) 9. Red Tide 10. Hand Over Fist 11. Available Light.

WIN A TRIP TO MRF4 DRAWN!:
Here you go folks!
GREGORY LYNN HALL MAKES SOLO DEBUT JULY 25: AOR Heaven will release Gregory Lynn Hall's debut solo album Heaven To Earth July 25. Gregory Lynn Hall, Southern California solo artist and singer for 101 South has had a long history in the music industry, in all areas from studio work to live shows. Gregory started off his music career singing gospel songs on his grandma's piano bench with his 2 other cousins, doing harmonies when he was 3 years old. As an instrumentalist Gregory started playing drums and soon moved on to guitar, then bass and keyboards, producer, etc... finding his nitch in the late 70s.
Gregory helped polish the band Rat Sally in the early 80s and pounded the Hollywood scene playing at all the rock venues, from Gazzaris to the Troubadour, The Country Club-playing many gigs with Bands like Poison, Warrant, all the 80s rockers, hanging out with the typical Hollywood Rocker crowd. After the Seattle grunge sound came and changed the whole music scene, the musician moved to the mid-west where he found many new opportunities in Nashville (the whole mid-west region). He became a well sought after session vocalist, singing on many well known Christian artist's albums including Carman and one of the most sought after jingle, commercial vocalists in the mid-west, with many local and national Jingles under his belt.
In the late 90s the artist returned to California and found himself reuniting with Rat Sally and going in the studio to record a new EP. Following that, a reunion gig at the world famous Pelicans retreated in 1995. Gregory kept busy doing session work for the next few years.
In 1999 while doing a session in Malibu, he met Roger Scott Craig and was asked to do some demos and 101 South was born. Shortly after the first 101 South album (2000) was finished, Gregory was asked to join the band Heaven And Earth (Stuart Smith, Richie Onori, Kelly Keeling), as their bass player and toured with them to support the "Windows to the World" album, culminating with an All Star filled show for the orphans of 911 in Hollywood.
Gregory has had the honor of performing on stage, and working with; Keith Emerson (ELP), Gary Richrath (REO), Howard Leese (Heart), Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge), Spencer Davis, Steve Priest (Sweet), Craig Goldy (Guiffria, Dio, Budgie), Stuart Smith (Heaven and Earth, Sweet), Richie Onori (Rick Derringer, ELP, Heaven and Earth), Kelly Keeling (Blue Murder, Lynch Mob), Don Cromwell (Eddie Money, Air Supply) and many other world class musicians. Gregory has also had the pleasure of working in some of the be st studios in the world, Indigo Ranch, Malibu ca.-The Church Studio, Tulsa Ok. Gregory has also worked with Eddie Money in the studio and teamed up with Roger Scott Craig to make another 101 SOUTH album in 2002 called Roll Of The Dice that made many top 10 lists in Europe. In Oct. 2008 they finished recording their 3rd 101 South album with a couple world class guest musicians incl. Ian Bairnson (PILOT, Allan Parsons Project) and Chris Thompson (Manfred Mann, Blinded by the light).
Gregory has just finished recording a solo album entitled “Heaven To Earth” which comes along with a little harder edge than 101 South. The album was recorded in Las Vegas at “The Hall Closet Studio” and mastered by Mike Turner at “The Chicken Shack” in Chattsworth, California.

FOZZY TO RELEASE NEW FULL-LENGTH STUDIO ALBUM 'DO YOU WANNA START A WAR' JULY 25: Fozzy have announced they will release their highly anticipated, new full-length studio album 'Do You Wanna Start A War' (Century Media Records) in Australia and New Zealand on July 25th! Fans can now pre-order the 12-track album at iTunes and receive an instant download of the song “One Crazed Anarchist.” Preview the track now and watch the new lyric video premiering exclusively at Revolver. Recently, the band unveiled a new lyric video for the debut single “Lights Go Out,” which shows the band in a stunning new light. Fozzy have just finished a U.S. run performing at festivals across the country including Rock on the Range, Carolina Rebellion, and Rockfest along with many other shows. Fozzy will be performing June 14 in the U.K. on the main stage of the Download Festival.
Led by the inimitable duo of guitarist Rich Ward (co-founder of the influential underground band Stuck Mojo) and vocalist Chris Jericho (famed WWE superstar and media personality), the band Fozzy has really always been about one thing: having fun. Produced by Ward 'Do You Wanna Start A War' is the bands follow-up to their acclaimed 2012 release 'Sin and Bones' and sixth studio effort since 2000. Featuring 12-tracks, the new album includes the debut single “Lights Go Out,” alongside the title track and the return of the Theremin in “Bad Tattoo.” As described by Corey Taylor of Slipknot and Stone Sour, “Do You Wanna Start A War is dark, dense and sharp. Sonically and lyrically, this feels like it's going somewhere big. I love it!”
What started out for guitarist Rich Ward as a weekend cover band, called Fozzy Osbourne, soon became an internationally signed act with the biggest star in professional wrestling, Chris Jericho, as its lead singer. With adopted stage names and an elaborate backstory written for the movies, the band's early recordings consisted mainly of cover songs ranging from Black Sabbath and Dio, to Iron Maiden and Mötley Crüe. Jericho's singing ability and overall passion for music makes one wonder just how he is able to find the time to excel in pretty much everything he does, while Ward counting Zakk Wylde and Synyster Gates as fans, is probably one of the greatest, and unjustly so, underrated guitarists in rock and metal today. It was these qualities that pushed the band to drop alter egos get rid of the backstory and write original music.
Over the course of the next seven years, the band did just that; three albums worth to be exact. The records were fit in between Jericho's wrestling, TV and writing career. It wasn't until their last release 'Sin and Bones' though that the band really started to hit their stride. Jericho was winding down his involvement with sports, the band was touring more than ever before and their live show was as strong as ever sharing the stage with such music luminaries as Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Steel Panther, Shinedown, and many others. The entertainment, the fun factor, the showmanship were all there and in full force. More so than any point in the bands' career.
By the time 'Do You Wanna Start A War' is released, a horde of seasoned and newfound fans will have seen Fozzy live and heard new tracks off the album. They will have witnessed one of the greatest performances they've ever seen, they will have witnessed one of the best frontman in any genre of music sing some of the catchiest songs they've heard in ages and most importantly, they will have had the best time in their lives doing it.
Fozzy is Chris Jericho on vocals, Rich Ward on guitars and vocals, Frank Fontsere on drums, Billy Grey on guitars, and Paul Di Leo on bass.
FOZZY: 'Do You Wanna Start A War' tracklisting: Do You Wanna Start A War, Bad Tattoo, Lights Go Out, Died With You, Tonite, Brides of Fire, One Crazed Anarchist, Unstoppable, Scarecrow, No Good Way, SOS, Witchery.

NEW HELLYEAH ALBUM BLOOD FOR BLOOD OUT JUNE 6:
Readying for a June 6 album release, Hellyeah – featuring Mudvayne's Chad Gray oon vocals, Pantera's Vinnie Paul on drums and Nothingface's Tom Maxwell on guitar – has brought a new level of auudio fury to its new music. Having parted ways with Greg Tribbett and Bob Zilla, the band has taken on Kyle Sanders (Bloodsimple) on bass.
Blood For Blood is a welcome return to form. It leaves a mark, thanks to songs like the angular, vengeful "DMF," a song birthed by the sort of anger that can't be faked; it will leave you wondering who pissed these guys off. "Gift" is dirty, rowdy rock with equal parts groove and swagger, but also possessed of the sort of punk rock energy that would make Motorhead fans turns their heads. Then there is moodier, more contemplative fare like "Moth" or "Hush," which connect on an emotional, cellular level, proving that you can be incredibly heavy in ways other than loud and fast. The album sounds like a re-charged Hellyeah, taken up many notches.
Track Listing: 1. Sangre Por Sangre (Blood For Blood) 2. Demons In The Dirt 3. Soul Killer 4. Moth 5. Cross To Bier (Cradle Of Bones) 6. DMF 7. Gift 8. Hush 9. Say When 10. Black December.
